Hydraulical connection
To connect the HVZ with the carrier device one hydraulic circuit is required.
The connection of the hydraulic hoses takes place on the valve block
Requirements for hydraulic operation (Operating hydraulics of the carrier):
•
Volumetric flow, usable [l/min]: min. 15, optimal 25, max. 75
•
Working pressure, usable [bar]: min. 180, optimal 200, max. 320
•
Backflow pressure: max. 20 bar
4.2.1 Using of rotating head
To operate the hydraulic installation clamp with the rotating head, 2 separate hydraulic circuits are required on the
carrier (one for the gripping function, and one for rotating head).
The connection of the hydraulic hoses takes place on rotating head.
The opening width between the bolt sockets can be adjusted (
both bolt sockets and rotate them at 180° (see arrows). Insert the two bolt sockets again and secure them with
locking screws.
