6.3 Operating procedure of laying cycle
General is it the drivers obligation (of the support vehicle) to have at every time the complete working
area of the support frame and the attachment in his field of view. He must ensure, that in the danger
zone are either persons nor objects.
DANGER OF ACCIDENTS!
1. Lifting up the HVZ by means of the support frame till the clamping is hanging free.
2. Open the main clamping.
Because of the angling chains, it is ensured, that the main clamping jaw on the machine side is hanging
deeper than the main clamping jaw on the laying side.
3. Close the main clamping (approx. 1 sec.). By doing so the hydraulic cylinder of the pushing-off device (ADV)
will extended and the jacking bar lifted.
4. Completely close the main clamping, so the stones are pushed together strongly. (Pressure gauge must
show 150 bar).
For pressure-sensitive stones, e.g. Turf stones, reduce the system pressure on the pressure relief
valve (~80 bar).
