Disinfection Instructions
Method: Follow the application notes for the used
disinfectant and wipe-disinfect all accessible surfaces.
Disinfectant: Ordinary household disinfectant.
Drying: Allow the product to air-dry.
6.3 Changing Batteries of Remote Control
The battery life cycle depends on the frequency of use.
CAUTION!
Risk of Remote Control Damage
– Only use batteries of type AA (LR6) 1.5 V.
– Insert batteries according to the +/- indicator
in the remote control.
– Do not use old and new batteries together.
1. Change used batteries into new ones when "BATTERY
SIGN" LED blinks on the remote control, see Assembling
the Remote Control, page 5 .

7.1 Transport and Storage
NOTICE!
Risk of Damage to the Product
– Store the product indoors.
– Store and transport the product in a dry
environment. For temperature and humidity
limits see chapter 9.3 Environmental Parameters,
page 11.
– Do not store the product near heat sources.
– Keep the product out of direct sunlight.
NOTICE!
– If not in use for a long time, drain the water
tank completely, see chapter 4.4 Disassembly,
page 6 .

8.1 Identifying and repairing faults

7.2 Reconditioning
This product is suitable for reuse. To recondition the product
for a new user, carry out the following actions:

Make sure that the user manual is handed over with the
product.
If any damage or malfunction is detected, do not reuse the
product.
7.3 Disposal
Be environmentally responsible and recycle this product
through your recycling facility at its end of life.
Disassemble the product and its components, so the different
materials can be separated and recycled individually.
The disposal and recycling of used products and packaging
must comply with the laws and regulations for waste handling
in each country. Contact your local waste management
company for information.

in places (landfills) that are not appropriate

– DO NOT dispose of batteries in normal
household waste.
– DO NOT throw batteries into a fire.
– Batteries MUST be taken to a proper disposal
site. The return is required by law and free of
charge.

Remedy
Press any button to check except "HIGH",
"LOW", "FRONT" or "BACK" buttons of
the remote control.
Make sure that there is nothing on
the seat surface. (The device is only
activated when the user's skin touches
the seat sensor.)
