Manual winding
Manual winding is recommended to start
the movement when it has stopped.

To perform this operation, turn the crown
in position 0, crown closed, clockwise (upwards),
approximately 50 times.
The movement winds automatically thereafter
with each wrist movement.

Pull the crown out to position 1.
Turn the crown to move the hour
and minute hands forward or backward.
