Journeyman Ductable Dual Fuel Indirect-Fired Heater
2. Disconnect power supply wires.

3. Removed the four bolts using a 1/2 inch open ended
wrench.
4. Reach inside and loosen the set screw on the hub of
the fan blade.
5. Pull fan blade off of motor shaft.
6. Pull motor out of heater.
• Lubrication of the motor bearings are not require. The
bearings are permanently lubricated.
Fan Blade Replacement
1. Perform motor removal procedure.
2. Remove the fan blade from heater.
NOTE: When installing the new fan blade, ensure the fan
blade hub is flush on the motor shaft end and the
set screw is positioned over the flat part of the
motor shaft before tightening the set screw.

Burner Components
Servicing any burner related components requires the
removal of the burner chassis. This is accomplished by
loosening the burner chassis screws on each side and
pulling the burner chassis cover toward you.
Tools required:
13 mm socket
13/16 socket
6mm or 7/32 allen key
T20 Torque driver
H5 hex driver
4mm allen key
Phillip screwdriver
Standard screwdriver
Air Pressure Switch
1. Locate the air pressure switch.

COMM
2. Disconnect terminals from air pressure switch. Note
the wiring label per terminal.
3. Remove tube from air pressure switch, make note it is
attached to the positive (+) black barb of the switch.
4. Inspect tube for cracks or splits, replace if necessary.
