Do not connect the fan to a damaged power source! Do not attempt to resolve electrical failures on your own.

With the fan hanging from the safety cable, connect the fan wires to the ceiling wires by twisting the ends together and
securing them with wire nuts�
If the EMI filter (a) is included with your fan (country dependent), install it with your fan� Test the connection by lightly tugging
on the wire nuts�
