Disconnect power to the fan location! Do not use the fan with a dimmer switch!
If you are installing your fan on a ceiling-mounted outlet box, the outlet box must be suitable
for fan support� If there is not an outlet box at the location where you are installing your fan,
one must be installed on a ceiling joist or beam and properly wired� At least 8" (20 cm) of
wiring should be hanging from the outlet box�
