To use the automatic washer:
1. Empty any residual paint from the spray gun
into a separate spills dish.
2. Make sure that the main valve for compressed
air is open.
3. Open the lid (9) for the automatic washer.
4. Place the lid of the paint cup in the lid
holder (6).
5. Place the paint cup on the paint cup
holder (5).
6. Fit the trigger clip according to the illustrations
in Fitting the trigger clip.
7. Connect the spray gun to the air line inside the
automatic washer (4).

8. Push the spray gun up against the nozzle for
the paint channel (1).
9. Lock the spray gun into position on its plate (3)
using the magnets of the trigger clip.
10. Close the lid.
11. Start the automatic prewash cycle by pressing
the
timer button (2).
The spray gun will be automatically cleaned for
approx. 1.5 minutes.
12. When the cleaning procedure is completed,
open the lid and remove the spray gun.
In units suitable for solvent-based paint, when the
automatic prewash cycle is completed, the spray
gun can be rinsed with clean solvent from the
solvent spray nozzle (8).
13. For solvent-based paint: Press the
to activate the rinsing pump. The pump keeps
working as long as the pedal is pressed.
2–3 pump strokes will be sufficient for one
rinse.
If required, the cleaned spray gun can be manually
rinsed, see Manual wash for solvent-based paint
or Manual wash for waterborne paint.
14. Connect the spray gun to the air line on the
right side of the unit, and blow out the spray
gun through the funnel (7). This funnel limits
the spreading of fumes.
15. Blow the spray gun dry with the air gun.
16. Close the lid after cleaning.
