5. Note! The ball valve (4) on the brush must be
open.
6. Clean the spray gun with the brush.
7. Rinse the paint channel of the spray gun with
clean water by pressing the tapered nozzle (6)
of the rinse gun (5) against the paint channel of
the spray gun.
8. Rinse the outside of the spray gun with the
rinse gun.
Note! When using the rinse gun, the ball valve
on the brush should be closed.
9. Connect the spray gun to the air line on the
right side of the unit, and blow out the spray
gun through the funnel in the manual sink (7).
This funnel limits the spreading of fumes.
10. Blow the spray gun dry with the air gun.
11. Close the lid after cleaning.
The brush and rinse gun in the manual sink can be
used independently of the automatic washer.
20. COAGULATION PROCESS
The coagulation process makes it possible to
reuse cleaning water.
Note! Check with the appropriate authority
whether filtered water from the coagulation
process may be emptied to the regular drain water
system. Information from the paint supplier may
be required.
There are three valves inside the manual sink for
waterborne paint, at the back wall.
Note! When vertical, these valves are closed.

Emptying the filter container
When the water level reaches the working
platform, it is time to perform the coagulation
process.
1. Raise the front panel and secure it to its
brackets.
2. Check that the filter container is empty. If not,
empty filtrate container by hand.

sink to a closed position (item 4 in Manual

4. Start draining by opening the valve for the
pump
container completely through the drain hose
and into the regular drain water system.
5. When the pump starts to run faster, the filtrate
container is empty. Close the valve for the
pump as well as for the drain (
Coagulation
Note! The coagulation process must form large
flocks of coagulated paint. If not, filters will
become obstructed and cannot be reused.
1. Remove the working platform (item 3 in Manual
wash for waterborne paint).
2. Open the valve for the water agitator

by the paint manufacturer.
4. Stir the powder with a stick for a moment to
avoid it sinking to the bottom in lumps.
