Initiating Radio Disable
Prerequisites: In One Touch Access, set the <required call type> to Radio DISABLE.
Procedure:
1 Select the channel with the subscriber ID that you want to disable transmission from.
2 Press the programmed One Touch Access button.
When your radio transmits disable signal, the following radio indications occur:
• A tone sounds.
• The red LED illuminates.
If initiating radio disable is successful, the following radio indications occur:
• A positive indicator tone sounds.
• The green LED blinks once.
If initiating radio disable is unsuccessful, a negative indicator tone sounds.
For the receiving radio, the following radio indications occur:
• A tone sounds.
• The red LED blinks once.
