Mounting the foot mountings, CKP series
1. Place the cylinder on a firm, flat surface.
2. Lay out the foot mountings with one pair at each end
and the others evenly distributed on both sides along
the length of the cylinder (see above for distances).
3. Attach each foot mounting to the mounting surface
with one (1), two (2) or four (3) suitable screws.
4. Tighten the screws alternately and gradually to avoid
tensions (see table 2 for tightening torque).

Alternative mounting of RTC-CG and RTC-HD
On the RTC-CG and RTC-HD cylinders the foot mountings
can be replaced with square nuts (piston size 16 mm) or
1
sliding blocks (piston size 25 mm) positioned in the slot on
the underside of the cylinder.
O Position the square nuts or the sliding blocks evenly
distributed along the length of the cylinder and on the
same recommended distance as the foot mountings.
If the screw diameter used is smaller than in the
foot mountings this has to be compensated for with
more screws.

Alternative mounting of the CKP cylinder
CKP cylinders can be mounted with the slide (1) against
the mounting surface in the same way as the cylinder body
(2) is mounted to the surface.
