4.10Oil draining (1:L)
The screw is removed when used engine oil is to be
drained.
4.11Auxiliary wheel (1:M)
The auxiliary wheel is intended to assist transport
of the machine and has two positions.
The auxiliary wheel must be folded up
when carrying out work.
The auxiliary wheel must be down when
transporting.
The auxiliary wheel is folded up and down as fol-
lows:
1. Pull out the auxiliary wheel stay to the left in the
driving direction of the machine. See fig. 2.
2. Raise the auxiliary wheel so that its locking
mechanism is under the member in the ma-
chine.
3. Release the auxiliary wheel stay so that the
locking mechanism locks under the member in
the machine.
4. Lower in reverse order.
4.12Rotors (1:N)
Nobody must be close to the dangerous
rotors during operation.
The rotors are made of special steel and work the
soil at the same time as the machine is propelled
forwards.
4.13Cutting disc (1:O).
Nobody must be close to the dangerous
cutting discs during operation.
The cutting discs are on respective rotor
axles and are designed to border the working area
and facilitate control of the machine.
4.14Choke (1:P)
The choke must never be activated dur-
ing operation. This will damage the en-
gine.
The choke must be activated at cold starts.
The fuel cock has the following positions:
Forwards: Open. Used for hot starts and operating
.
Back:
Closed. Always for cold starts.

ENGLISH
4.15Fuel cock (1:Q)
The fuel cock should be open during operation and
closed when the machine is not used.
The fuel cock has the following positions:
Forwards:Open
Back: Closed
4.16Starter handle (1:R)
Handle for starting the engine.
4.17Gear control (1:U)
Select between two gears and neutral with the gear
control as follows:
Position 1:The rotor rotates slower and with more
power. Use this position when the ground
is hard.
Position 2:The rotor rotates at normal speed.
Position N:No drive.
4.18Depth skid (1:S)
The task of the depth skid is to keep the machine
stable so that the soil can be cultivated.
The depth skid can be set and locked laterally us-
ing a screw (3:W) on each side.
The different operating properties are shown ac-
cording to the table below:
Direction
Left
Middle
Right
Set the depth skid vertically and turn by slackening
off the screw (3:X), set the depth skid in the de-
sired position and then tighten the screw.
Remove the depth skid with mounting arm by pull-
ing the pin (1:T) upwards. The pin is locked by a
locking pin underneath.
5 OPERATION
5.1 Fuel
Read and understand all safety instruc-
tions.
No fires or smoking near to petrol.
Use 92-95 octane lead free petrol.
Properties
The machine works itself for-
ward , angled to the left.
The machine works itself for-
ward without being angled to
either side.
The machine works itself for-
ward, angled to the right.
