All the trays can be set at the temperature
of
+3°C,
which
conservation of foodstuffs which could
deteriorate at higher temperatures. In this
area, in compliance with the "haccp"
(hazard analysis and critical control points)
standards, a control is provided, called
"fridge safety", which prevents the sale of
the product if the temperature which could
allow for deterioration of the product is
exceeded.
