10.5 PROCEDURE FOR
TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT SIDE-
PANEL
In order to change the stratification of the
temperatures inside the machine it is necessary
to use the proper side-panel as explained in
Chapter 3.
To change the side-panels in the vending
machine:
• remove
the drawers
previously
• remove all the guides, ref. B
• act on the top part of the perforated side-
panel by pulling it towards the inside of
the machine as in fig. 8.
•
It is now possible to extract the side-
panel and fit the desired one, following
the inverse procedure.
