Insert three LARGE WOOD DOWELS (13) into the LARGE BACK (F).

Push the WOOD DOWELS in the edge of the LARGE BACK (F) into
the edge of the SMALL BACK (E).

NOTE: The LARGE BACK (F) will slide under the BALLAST (Q).
