Setting the cooking time and temperature
Turn the time control dial (4) to switch on the appliance and set the required cooking
time.
Use the time control dial (4) to set a cooking time of up to 30 minutes.
Turn the temperature control (3) to set the required temperature.
Use the temperature control (3) to set a temperature of 80°C to 200°C.
The operating light (1) indicates the heating operation to the set temperature and lights
up orange. When the set temperature is reached, the operating light (1) turns off. If the
temperature falls below the set value, the heating process starts again and the operat-
ing light (1) lights up orange again.
During preparation, you can remove the frying basket (1 1) from the appliance at any time
to check the food. The appliance switches off automatically, while the cooking time contin-
ues to run.
Shake the frying basket (1 1) or turn the food several times throughout the cooking time
to redistribute the food. This helps to ensure that the food is evenly cooked and avoids
overbrowning the food on top.
Use the frying basket handle (10) to pull the frying basket (1 1) out of the appliance.
Carefully shake or turn the food and push the frying basket (1 1) completely back into
the frying chamber (5).
When the cooking time has elapsed, a tone will sound and the appliance switches itself
off.
Turn the time control dial (4) to 0 to end the cooking time manually.
Use the frying basket handle (10) to pull the frying basket (1 1) out of the appliance.
Place the frying basket (1 1) on a heat-resistant surface and remove the food.
