6.2 Automatic scanning
– The EtherCAT system must be in a safe deenergized

state before modules are connected to the EtherCAT
network.
– Switch on the operating voltage and run TwinCAT
System Manager in config mode.
– Scan the transducer as a box, see Fig. 6-2.
