4. After the installation
1. Check to ensure that the seat can be moved forwards and backwards easily and safely. After moving the
seat and releasing the unlocking handles on both sides, you should be able to hear the seat rails click into
place. Move the seat gently forward and backward to ensure that it is fully locked in place on both sides.
2. Ensure that neither the cable nor the hose can be trapped or damaged when the seat rails are moved
forwards or backwards.
3. Test the function and accessibility of the individual seat control elements.
4. Test the belt warning function (if available).
Warning!
Store the seat that was removed from the vehicle out of reach of children.
Never connect up the seat's electrical connection to another electrical power source!
The warning signal in the dashboard must go out when the engine is running and the belt buckle is
inserted into its clasp. If this is not the case, the electrical connection must be checked.
