ADVICE!
If H is smaller than 50 mm, the cable store has a
gooseneck contour in accordance with ISO 1726. Here,
the tractor unit and semi-trailer combination must be
tested and harmonised with one another.
The crossmember structure of the semi-trailer must be prepared
before you start installing the cable store.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Position the cover plate of the cable store on the crossmem-
ber structure of the semi-trailer at the required distance.
Check that at least three fastening holes (Ø 7 mm) can be
made per side. If necessary, you may need to produce a
drilling template as an aid.
Mark the crossmember or drilling template and drill the holes
(Ø 7 mm).

Before you start installing the cable store, you must fit the left and
right side panels to the cover plate, as shown in Figure 21.
