ASSEMBLY OF THE APPLIANCE
1.
Place the appliance on a smooth and flat surface. Make sure the power cord is only a
short distance from the wall outlet.

Prepare and cut the ingredients according to the instructions. Place the prepared food
on the trays.
3.
Stack the trays on the main body of the appliance. To increase the height of the dryer
trays, rotate them by 90 ° until the height has been reached. Make sure that all trays are
mounted correctly and stacked evenly on the main body of the appliance.
4.
Switch on the appliance by pressing the operating button.
Important! It is recommended to change the position of the trays during use
TEMPERATURE AND TIME SETTING

After pressing the ON/OFF button, the screen will automatically display 00:00

Press the "TEMP" button to adjust the temperature. The expected appliance
temperature is between 40 ° and 70 °.
3.
Press the "TIME" button to set the time.
Note: the time must be set during flashing.
4.
Once the appliance has finished the countdown, press the ON / OFF button and turn off
the appliance by unplugging the appropriate plug.
Note: We recommend that you use all 5 trays every time you use the appliance, no matter
how many trays are left empty.
DRYING TEST
The fruit, if dried correctly, should have a flexible and leathery consistency with little
humidity (less than 20%). It is a frequent problem to dry fruit too much, this can lead to

Therefore, to get the best possible flavor from dehydrated foods, make sure to respect
the required drying times.
