1st PHASE (Adjustments and checks)
1 - Release the motors
2 - Adjust the mechanical stops by moving the leaf by hand into a completely open and closed position
3 - Check the correct tightness of the stops
4 - Put the leaves into the intermediate position and then lock the motors. Move the leaves slightly by hand so the
gears mesh.
5 - Set the microswitches DIP 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-12 in OFF position and the microswitches DIP 13-14-15-16 in ON
position (in case of an electric lock put microswitches DIP 8-9-10-11 in ON position too)
6 - Put DIP 1 to ON. The DL1 LED will flash
7 - Press PROG and keep it pressed down. The DL2 and DL4 LEDs on the side of the motors' connection terminals
turn on. M1 and then M2 must open for as long as PROG stays pressed (if necessary, reverse the wires of the
motor(s) which open to re-establish correct movement direction)
8 - Put DIP1 to OFF. The DL1 LED will stop flashing
2nd PHASE (Programming total opening time)
ATTENTION: DURING PROGRAMMING THE SAFETY DEVICES ARE ACTIVE AND THEIR INTERVENTION STOPS PROGRAMMING
(THE DL1 LED FROM FLASHING REMAINS ON FIXED). TO REPEAT THE PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE POSITION
THE DIP 1 AND DIP 2 TO OFF, CLOSE THE GATE THROUGH PROCEDURE
THE PROGRAMMING OF THE CHOICE.
1 - The gate must be completely closed.
2 - Set DIP 2 to ON => LED DL1 will flash briefly.
3 - Press the PROG./RADIO/OPEN/START button => M1 opens.
4 - When M1 has reached the mechanical opening stop, the IMPACT SENSOR stops M1 (with memorization of
the time and of the current levels absorbed along the path) => At the same time activates M2 which opens.
5 - When M2 has reached the mechanical opening stop, the IMPACT SENSOR stops M2 (with memorization of the time and of the current
levels absorbed along the path)..
6 - Press the PROG./RADIO/OPEN/START button => M2 closes.
7 - After a few seconds press the PROG./RADIO/OPEN/START button => M1 closes and determine the phase displacement between M2
and M1. At the same time the LED DL1 will stop flashing, signaling the exit from the programming procedure. From this moment the
safety devices or other gate commands will work normally (inversions, stops, alarms, etc.).
8 - The closing of the leaves will be performed in fast mode (based on what you set on the trimmer RUN) and near the total closing in
slow mode (based on what you set on the LOW SP trimmer).
9 - When the complete closing is complete, the impact sensors stop the gate.
10 - AT THE END OF PROGRAMMING, RESET THE DIP 2 IN OFF POSITION.
3rd PHASE (Programming pedestrian opening times)
The gate must be fully closed.
1 - First set DIP2 to ON (DL1 led flashes quickly) and after DIP1 to ON (DL1 led flashes slowly).
2 - Press the pedestrian button (COM A+/PED.) => M1 opens.
3 - Press the pedestrian button (COM A+/PED.) To stop M1 at the desired point.
4 - Press the pedestrian button (COM A+/PED.) To close M1.
5 - When the closure is reached, reset DIP 1 and 2 to OFF.
4th PHASE Programming the remote control
Programming can be done only when the gate is stationary.
1 - First set DIP 1 to ON and then DIP 2 to ON. The LED DL12 flashes red for 10 seconds.
2 - Press the remote button (usually channel A) within the allotted 10 seconds. If the remote is memorized
properly LED DL12 blinks green and a buzzer tone confirms the correct memorization. The 10 seconds for

programming the codes are automatically renewed, with LED DL12 which flashes red, in order to store
the next transmitter.
3 - To finish programming, wait 10 seconds, or press the PROG button briefly. LED DL12 stops flashing.
4 - Re-set DIP 1 to OFF and DIP 2 to OFF.
5th PHASE Customising the configuration
The configuration can be modified by moving the various microswitches
