To stop CD synchro dubbing temporarily
(A) Press the STOP button of the deck. The
CD player will return to the beginning of
the current tune and pause" there. To
restart, press the two CD SYNC buttons
on the RC-425 remote control unit
simultaneously.
* If left for more than 2 minutes after
pressing the deck's STOP button, the
CD player will enter the STOP mode.
Press the stop button of the CD player.
The deck enters the rec/pause mode*.
To restart, press the CD player's play
button.
* If left for more than 2 minutes after
pressing the CD player's STOP
button, the deck will enter the STOP
mode,

Notes:
@ When the CD player has entered the
pause mode, it stands by after returning to
the beginning of the tune that has just
been played,
@ When recording is done up to the end of
the tape, the CD player stands by after
returning to the beginning of the tune that
has just been played.
@ Ifthe CD player is connected to a stereo
amplifier using an optical cable, synchro
dubbing is not possible. If synchro dubbing
is required, you must connect the W-
6000R's analog output using pin plug
cords.

. After recording with Deck | is completed,
Deck II starts recording in the forward
direction automatically.
. To clear the continuous recording mode,
press the STOP button of the deck which
is in the recording mode.
Notes:
In continuous recording, since recording
with Deck II always begins in the forward
direction, make sure the cassette loaded
in Deck I! can be recorded on both sides.

| Parallel Recording
A single program source can be recorded
onto two cassettes simultaneously.
1. Perform steps 1 to 3 in "Recording (from
LINE IN) with Deck | or II".
Load recordable cassettes in both Deck |
and Il.
If necessary, set DOLBY NR (I) switch for
Deck | and DOLBY NR (Il) switch for Deck
ll independently, as required.
. After making sure that both decks are in
the STOP mode, press the PARALLEL
REC button (the PARA REC indicator will
light).
Notes:
© Recording will start in the direction
indicated by the tape direction indicator;
therefore, set the direction beforehand.
© During recording, only the STOP button of
Deck | operates; the STOP, REC MUTE
and PAUSE buttons of Deck |! work.
|f the STOP button of either deck is
pressed,
both decks
will stop and
recording will end.
