STEP 2.
Install the front wheel.
1. Place the wheel on the forks frame so that it is in the groove of the brake. Install retaining
washers with raised lip pointed towards the fork, and insert into the small hole of the fork blade.
2. Install axle nut and tighten. Make sure the wheel is centered between the fork blades and place
the trim.
3. Spin the wheel to make sure that it is centered and clears the brake shoes. Tighten the brakes
if necessary.
STEP 3.
Pass the brake cable through the corresponding holes, place the cable through the brake actuator
clamp (loosen it if necessary) and tighten the cable so that there is a 2-3mm gap between the brake
pads and the brake disc. There should be a finger thick gap between the brake lever and the handlebar
grip.
