1) High-Quality Image
* The PF90 with a Naturally Flat CRT 19" (18" / 45.7 cm Viewable Image Size) has succeeded in about
10% of power reduction compared to that of our conventional FS CRT monitor, sustaining sharp color
images with high contrast and brightness over the whole screen. The corner purity control even allows
for better quality in the four corners. The CRT has a 0.25 mm - 0.27 mm fine Aperture Grille pitch. The
dark tint glass and AR film also contribute to better contrast and lower reflection of surrounding light.
e Combined with optimized dynamic focusing circuitry, the newly developed CRT and DY (Deflection
Yoke) provide accurate beam landing, sharp focus, good convergence and low raster distortion.
2) Naturally Flat CRT
¢ This CRT is developed for images on the screen to look naturally flat, avoiding a concave look.
Moreover, for less power consumption, this CRT has been developed introducing new technologies
into the electronic gun called SNX-DBF (Super New extended - Dynamic Beam Focus).
3) Digital Multiscan
* Automatic scanning covers 30 kHz to 110 kHz horizontally and 50 Hz to 180 Hz vertically, matching
VGA, SVGA, VESA standards, Macintosh 13", 16", 19" and 21" modes and the highest resolution
1,600 (H) x 1,200 (V) at a refresh rate of 85 Hz.
4) OSD Menu Control
* The OSD (On-Screen Display) menu is available in five (5) languages: English, French, German,
Italian and Spanish. All adjustments can be made easily pushing four buttons on the front through the
on-screen menu. The OSD menu is also selectable in six positions on the screen.
5) Plug & Play
è The PF90 is VESA® DDC™ 1 / 2 B compatible (Video Electronics Standards Association Display Data
Channel), which enables the monitor to inform a compatible host of its capabilities that meet the
Microsoft® / Intel® Plug & Play definition used by Windows® 95 and Windows® 98.
6) Environmentally-Friendly
* The PF90 is VESA® DPMS™ compatible (Display Power Management Signaling}. It can go into sleep
mode and reduce its power consumption only when the computer is also DPMS™ compatible.
* It conforms to the ENERGY STAR? program.
e It is also MPR II (low-frequency electromagnetic field) and TCO'99 (safety, emissions, power saving,
ergonomics and ecology) certified, carrying the CE marking.
* All plastic components weighing more than 25 grams are ready to be recyclable.
7) Self-test Function
* The self-test menu appears by pushing any button on the front in case of non-connection with the
computer and shows whether the monitor is in a normal operation or not.
8) Color Adjustment Function
* The White Reference Color Temperature is 9300 K + 8 MPCD, 7500 K, 6500 K, 5000 K and
9300 K + 27 MPCD or User Color which is selectable to adjust the red, green and biue signals of the
monitor to match its image to the output of a color printer.
9) GTF™ Compliant
* The PF90 is VESA® GTF™ (Generalized Timing Formula) compliant and any GTF™ derived image is
set to be completely visible within the displayable area.
10) Ergonomic Design
* Tilt & Swivel base with 90-degree pan to right or left and tilt angle of 12 degrees up and 5 degrees down.
* Anti-refrection film is used.
