accessories. Cooking with a rotisserie allows uniform heat distribution on all sides of
the food, reduces the risk of burning and, thanks to the rotating cylinder, allows
cooking food cut into small pieces.
The rotation of the rotisserie or the rotating cylinder can be started or stopped at any
moment during cooking: press the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously: with each
pressure, the rotation starts if stopped and stops if active and, in case of active rotation
, the icon appears on the display. At each restart, the rotation starts in the opposite
direction from the previous one.
PUSHBUTTON LOCK
Since any intervention, involuntary or fortuitous, on the push-button panel risks
interrupting cooking, the appliance automatically deactivates the push-buttons two
minutes after the last pressure. This condition is highlighted by the spontaneous
switching on of the icon , which indicates that the buttons are not working; to
restore use, press the START button for two seconds, deactivating the icon and
restoring the functioning of each button.
INTERNAL LIGHT
To check the cooking status, it is possible to activate the internal lighting by pressing
the START button, with buttons unlocked (previous chapter). The internal lighting
remains active for the next two minutes and the icon is shown on the display. If the
buttons are locked, pressing the START button has no effect.
PREHEATING
Depending on the type of cooking desired or indicated in the various recipes, it may
be necessary to place the food in the appliance with the cooking chamber already hot:
this is the preheating operation, particularly indicated when cooking food that has not
completely defrosted or particularly humid.
To preheat, use the COMPLETE STATIC OVEN function, setting the temperature to the
value envisaged by the subsequent normal cooking process and the timer at 7 minutes;
after this period, the appliance emits a triple acoustic signal and switches to stand-by
mode; insert the food, keeping the door open only for the time strictly necessary, then
set and start the necessary cooking program, without any delayed start.
