3. Wash the oven and all components, except the stone
by hand with a cloth and warm, soapy water.
4. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.

1. While the fire is still ignited, add 1‑2 scoops of pellets
or 2‑3 pieces of wood or charcoal to burn off any residual
debris.
2. Once the stone has cooled fully, brush loose debris from
the stone with a dry paper towel.
3. For any remaining, difficult‑to‑remove remnants, flip the
stone to prep for the next cook.

WARNING: Ensure the pizza oven is completely cool
before transporting or storing it.
Using the Storage Bag
1. Wait for unit to cool down fully. This should take roughly
60‑90 minutes.
2. Disassemble unit by putting the pellet scoop
of the top chimney
