Check the characteristics and safety requirements of the electrical system. Position the switch
on 0 (machine off) and connect the machine to the electrical system with the specific cable.
Connect the outlet water hose with the system and put the other end of the hose into the
bucket or the drain. Open shut-off valve and turn on the RO system.
Flush the membranes for 10 minutes, stop for 5 minutes and flush another 10 minutes.
The vessel is equipped with a pressure adjustment system. In the pressure testing phase it
is adjusted to 8 bar. The pressure can vary based on the actual conditions at the installation
site or based on system wear. After installation and during the maintenance phase, check and
adjust the pressure if necessary with a screwdriver through the hole at the side of the housing.

Procedure:
Activate the system and check the pump pressure at the display. If calibration is necessary,
proceed as follows:
•
Turn counterclockwise the slotted screw to minimize pressure
•
Turn clockwise the screw to slightly increase the pressure
•
Work on the screw to reach the permitted pressure values shown ion the table above.
To set a bypass with raw water, the L-part of systems housing must be opened by removing
the screws. The system is equipped with a bypass valve to adjust the fixed residue of the
produced water; the bypass is completely tightened in the delivery status. After installation
and in the maintenance phase, check and adjust the bypass if necessary.
The filtrate can be measured with a conductivity meter. Adjust the bypass valve until you
reach the desired value.
Connect the RO system with the targeted appliance by screwing the outlet hose on the
water inlet of the customers device.
Open the water supply and switch on the terminal equipment's power supply and check
the system for any leaks and the proper operation.
