Care instructions for textiles
Please follow the care instructions on the sewn-in care label. If present, all fasteners must be closed.
It is recommended that you turn the CuraLymph textiles inside out before washing. Wash the textiles
separately the first time to avoid discolouration due to bleeding. Your compression garments should
be washed daily on a gentle or delicate cycle at 40°C. A laundry net provides additional protection for
your compression garments. Please do not use fabric softener! If washing by hand, please rinse gener-
ously and do not wring. The drying time can be shortened by placing the compression garment on a
thick terry towel after washing, rolling it up tightly and squeezing it vigorously. Next, hang up your
compression garment loosely. Please do not leave it in the towel and do not dry it on a heater or in the
sun. The compression garment must not be dry-cleaned or tumble-dried.

Storage instructions and shelf life
Textiles: Store in a dry place and protect from sunlight. The maximum shelf life of the compression
garment is 36 months and the periode of use is 6 months. On the box/poly bag sticker is the date of
manufacture. The total life time of the compression garment is therefore limited to 42 months. If there
is a significant change in relevant body dimensions (e.g. due to the success of the therapy, change in
weight) of the body part that has already been fitted, a new measurement and a new fitting may be
justified even earlier, before the 6-month periode of use has expired.
Pressure pad and breast shell: Store in a dry place and protect from sunlight. The maximum shelf
life is 72 months and the periode of use of the pressure pad is 6 months. This depends on the correct
handling and use of the products to the usual extent. The total life time of the pressure pad is therefore
limited to 78 months. The shelf life is printed with the hourglass symbol on the box label.
