/18 - /19 is configured in Low rise block or Local Power
mode, the user mode function will be set automatically
when test mode is completed.
If the video door phone is configured in High rise block
mode after the test, check that the status of the video
door phone is not in Maintenance mode so that the
function can be used by the user (see the
Configuration Booklet" of the video door phone
