Casing removal.
To facilitate boiler maintenance the casing can be completely removed as
follows:
- remove the front panel (1) of the boiler by slackening screw (2) by 1/4
of a turn, unscrew the two screws (5) fastening the control panel, push
the front panel up while at the same time pulling towards you, to release
it from the side mountings (3) and top mountings (4);
- tilt the control panel (6) pulling it outwards (see fig.);
- remove the side panels (7) by undoing the screws (8), and pushing each
panel up and outwards to free them (9) (see fig.);
- remove the lower grill (10), unhooking it from the two seats (11) by
inserting a screwdriver in the special seat indicated on the grill and
levering as shown in the figure.
