Mounting the legs on the framework
Mounting the column assembly to the frame
Screw M12 x 90: 2
M12 lock nuts: 2
Column assembly, cylinder, extension: 1
1- Position the column assembly, cylinder, and extension on the framework so that the cylinder is on
the same side as the legs, as shown in the diagram;
2- Insert the screws by inserting them from above, then fit the locking nuts from the underside of the
framework;
3- Tighten the screws firmly with the two 19mm spanners.

1- Tilt the cylinder towards the legs, and let it rest on the welded framework plate;
2- Insert the M8 x 85 screws from the cylinder side, through the main column mast, and into
one of the brackets, then fit 2 x M8 locknuts as shown in the picture;
3- Insert the M8 x 90 screws through the handle support, then through the column mast, then
through the other caliper holder and fit the next 2 M8 lock nuts as shown in the diagram;
4- Tighten all the bolts using a 13 mm spanner and a H6 Allen key;
5- The last bracket can be fixed to a wall as required and can be used to store the wheel adap-
ter. For mounting, it is recommended that you use the correct wall plugs for the intended type
of wall material you have. The through holes in the brackets are Ø8.5 and spaced at 60 mm
between center points.
L-pin 101 x 55 - 12mm Diameter: 2
1- Insert the legs into the tubes of the Welded Framework as shown in
the picture, until you reach the first hole;
2- Insert the pins into the holes to secure the legs to the frame, as shown
in the picture..
