REGULAR INSPECTION:
• Check that the bolts are properly tightened as instructed in the «assembly» section and that the R-Clips are all
mounted on the L-Pins.
• Check that all interfaces or accessories for the batteries are undamaged, and that the paint and foam are not chip-
ped or damaged, so that the electrical insulation of these parts is not affected.
• Check that the cable, lifting chain and lifting hook are in good working condition and are not damaged.
If in doubt and/or if a defect is found, do not use the machine and contact the manufacturer via the after-sales service.
The operator should be positioned in such a way as to have access to the winch crank and cylinder lever.
The crane should only be used for the following functions:
- Lifting of heavy duty hubs (up to 200 kg)
- Heavy duty wheel lifting (with relevant attachment, wheel up to 200 kg)
- Lifting of heavy duty brake calipers (with caliper attachment, up to 60 kg)
- Heavy duty battery lifting (with battery attachment, up to 60 kg)
This crane must not be used for any other purpose. It is possible to add functionality to the product by
contacting the manufacturer, either:
- Through the distributor that provided the crane
- Through the manufacturer's sales representative
- or via the after-sales service
The lifting of persons or other objects is not allowed. It is forbidden for people to climb on
the load, or on the adaptors.
Check the condition of the cable, the hook, the lifting chain, interfaces and accessories for batteries.

DO NOT USE THE MACHINE IF IT IS DAMAGED.
Enforce compliance with the country's workplace safety and risk prevention standards (country's labour code). In addi-
tion, this also includes the obligation to carry out all inspection and maintenance work at regular intervals.
If the machine is not used properly, operational safety cannot be assured.
Personal injury and property damage, including to vehicles, caused by improper use of
the device, are in no way attributable to the manufacturer but instead are the responsibility of the operator using the
unit.
Positioning any part of the body underneath the load being carried by the crane should be kept to a minimum. Care
must be taken throughout the process of lifting and moving every load.
The operator should be positioned in such a way as to have access to the winch crank and cylinder lever.
This crane must be used inside a working area and sheltered from the weather (wind, rain, and sub-zero tempera-
tures).
The operating temperature range is between 5 °C and 50 °C maximum. In case of prolonged storage in a place where
the temperature is below 0°C, allow at least 12 hours before use by storing it in the workplace where it is to be used.
Do not use in excessively humid conditions. If liquid is splashed directly onto the lift,
use a clean cloth to wipe it off.
