5.4 Top liners
The top liners must be checked periodically, according with the
applica on, for the maximum wear limit and their fixa on.
The top liners, when new, have a thickness of 12.5 mm. The
maximum permissible wear limit is specified by region, as shown in
the image below:

The values indicate the remaining thickness of the top liner in each
region. If the top liners reach these limits in any point, they must be
replaced.

It is also possible to use the height of the fixing bolts as a parameter.
When the top liner reach the same height of the bolt's head, this
means they must be replaced.
Tighten the fixing bolts of the top liners located in the top surface of the
Fi h Wheel, applying the ghtening torques indicated below.
Tighten Torque:
180 ± 20Nm
45 ± 5Nm
