Symbols on the battery
Li-on battery. Don't dispose with household waste.
Don't dispose the battery in fire where it will explode.
Don't disassemble the battery.
The battery can be recharged and recycled. Discarded batteries should be recycled in an environ-
mentally friendly way.

Read all instructions contained here. Failure to observe the following instructions may result in
electric shock, burns and/or severe injury. The term 'power tool' used in the following includes both
main-operated tools (with main supply) and battery-operated tools (without main supply).
Work area safety
1. Keep your working area clean and tidy.Untidy and poorly lit working areas may lead to accidents.
2. Do not operate the tool in potentially explosive environments containing combustible fluids, gases
or dusts. Power tools generate sparks that may ignite dusts or fumes.
3. Keep children and other persons away when you are operating the power tool.Distractions may
result in the operator loosing control over the tool.
4. Keep the tool out of the rain. The penetration of water into a power tool increases the risk of electric
shock.
Personal safety
1. Keep alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense while shifting the power tool.
Do not operate the power tool when you are tired, or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication. A moment of inattention when operating the power tool may cause serious personal
injury.
2. Use the personal protective equipment indicated in this manual to reduce the risk of injury.
3. Avoid accidental start. Make sure that the switch is in the OFF position when connecting the power
supply and/or the battery pack, taking up or moving the tool. Carrying power tool with your finger
on the switch or plugging in power tool that have the switch ON, may cause danger.
4. Remove all adjustment keys or wrenches before the power tool is switched ON. A wrench or key
left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may cause personal injury.
5. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all time. This enables better control of the
power tool in unexpected situations.
6. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or wear jewelry. Keep clothes, gloves and hair away
from moving parts, because of loose clothing, jewellery or long hair may be caught in moving parts.
