The product complies with the following directives:

I.1. Instructions relating to transport, storage, and recycling
1. The appliance must be transported in accordance with the pictograms on the packaging.
2. The appliance must be transported and stored in a dry place that is protected from frost.
3. Directive 2012/19/EU sets out a requirement for the separate collection and recycling of used electrical
and electronic appliances.
The image of a crossed-out dustbin on the appliance indicates that at the end of its life, the product must
be treated separately to domestic waste and taken to a sorting station for electrical and electronic waste or
taken back by the retailer when the buyer purchases a new equivalent appliance.
The selective sorting of waste, enabling the recycling of the appliance at the end of its life and the
treatment of the appliance in an environmentally aware manner, helps to avoid damage to the
environment and encourages the recycling of the materials used to manufacture the appliance.
For more information about waste collection centres, please contact the waste collection service of your
local authority or contact the shop where the appliance was purchased.
4. The packaging protects your water heater from transport damage. We use materials selected with the
aim of protecting the environment. Please dispose of these materials at your nearest recycling point.
