Teletext on
With remote controls Computer-Con-
trol 4, 6, 61 and Prestige you can re-
mote control all teletext functions.

1-3 show the remote control units.
Select the corresponding one. This
will enable you to immediately find
the buttons described in the opera-
ting instructions.
Tune in a station which is transmitting
teletext. In order to receive teletext
the TV must be exactly tuned into the
station. Otherwise you might get
wrong letters or symbols on the
screen.
On the remote control the buttons
are printed in red to make them
easier to identify. Switch over to tele-
text using button «WT». On the dis-'
play you will séé:sixchorizontal lines
-
and the program number selected
(pict. 4).
Depending on which set you have, you
will see a teletext page as in pict. 5 or
6. In pict. 5 the first line of the heading
contains, after the letter ,M', the num-
ber of the page (12) which you can see
onthe screen.
Then come the numbers
of the memory positions 1 and 2, and
after the letters ,;CH' you can see the
channel number of the station you're
tuned into. In pict. 6 the first line con-
tains the two page numbers (16) of the
pages stored. The page you see on the
screen is the page number the arrow
(13) is pointing to. On the second line
in pict. 5 and 6 appear the page dis-
play (10), the name of the station, the
date and the time.
Index/overview
You'll find the teletext overview/index
on page 100. You can select this direct
by pressing button «100».
Page selection
Having looked at the index you know
where the information you want is.
Key in the page number using buttons
«1...10». Button «10» is used as zero.
You can check the page number
entered (11) by looking at the number
preceded by ,S' or ,P' on the left of
the heading. The set wiil !ook for the
page you want and display it on the
screen. The page number entered (11)
disappears again. You can follow the
search procedure by looking at the
page indicator display (10).
Sub pages
\f there is more information than can
be displayed on a single. screen page
it is divided into several sub-pages.
The first of 4 sub-pages would for
example be indicated by 1/4 under
the time. The sign: >». will appear on
the bottom right of the screen to let
you know that there are more pages
to follow. The sub-pages will automa- :
tically "turn over" after a certain time.
Each sub-page can be held by press-
ing the «STOP» button to give you
more time. The number of the memory
position (14) or the page number (16)
will appear in blue..If you press the -
button again the page will be turned
over as soon. as the signal is received
from the station.

Large print
The top or bottom half of the screen
can be displayed in double print size.
If you press the button CE] the top.
half of the picture will be enlarged. By
pressing this button again you'll get
the bottom half. If you press this but- .
ton a third time you'll get the whole
page in normal! print size again.
Answer display
You can find out answers (e.g. for
quizzes, calculations and games) by '~
pressing button «?». The answer will
be displayed on the screen. The ans-
wer disappears when you press but-
ton «?» again.
Combination picture

lf you want to watch TV and read tele-
text at the same time you can press
the «MIX» button. The teletext page ©
will be superimposed over the TV pic-
ture. If you want to switch back to
teletext alone press the «MIX» button
again.
