11. Troubleshooting
Only authorized personnel are permitted to perform repairs.
Do not attempt to modify, open or repair the device. You may

expose yourself to dangerous electrical components and may
cause serious harm to yourself. It will also void the warranty.
Contact Customer Service if you have a broken or damaged
device in need of repair.
1. My device does not start.
Check that:
• the adapter is properly connected to the device and that it is
plugged into the electricity supply.
2. There is no galvanic pulse when I press the pulse button (#1).
Check that:
• your hand is touching the base electrode (#7) when you press
the pulse button (#1).
The treatment circulation requires closing the circuit by pressing
the trigger and the electrode at the same time, in order to
effectively treat your skin.
3. There is no light pulse when I press the pulse button (#1).
Check that:
• the green ready/skin tone warning indicator light (#6) is blinking
slowly to ensure you have good contact with the skin.

this is an indication that your skin tone, measured by the skin
