components

the
indirect

are
required to stand out in the music signals.
. Recall the delay time stored in the memory or use the UP/DOWN
switch to set the delay time between 00 — 99 msecs. When the
DELAY
switch is depressed, the signals will be output from the
SUB OUT jacks at the delay shown on the display.
For playback of software such as movies, set to 40 — 50 msecs
for that theater atmosphere. For music sources, the delay time
depends greatly upon the type of music, personal taste, and the
quality of the recording, but 10 — 40 msecs usually produces the
best effect. For rock or fusion, a smaller delay time is preferable,
as a long delay will overlap with the sound of pulsating music,
decreasing the quality.
These three EFFECTOR
switches can be used in any combina-
tion. To change the reverberation
time when
one or more
of
the DELAY
switches are on, use the REVERBERATION
knob

response and create a sound
to suit different
kinds
of music.
When
the GEQ switch is OFF, the SUB OUT frequency response
is flat. (When LOWPASS is off)
