Application range:
The tool is suitable for crimping electrical connectors manufactured by CEMBRE, included in the
table below. Any other application involving the use of connectors other than those shown in the
table is to be considered outside the scope of the tool and therefore not suitable, unless validated
by CEMBRE.

1.1) Compliant use
– The device is a battery-powered hydraulic tool intended exclusively for crimping electrical connec-
tors (cable lugs or joints) on conductors of the type and with the cross-section shown in TABLE A.
– The tool does not require the use of dies.
Any use other than this is considered improper use. The manufacturer/supplier is not liable for
damage resulting from improper use. The risk is the sole responsibility of the user.
– The device was manufactured according to the current state of the art and commonly recognised
technical safety rules and standards. Nevertheless, physical risks to the user or others, as well as
damage to the device and other material goods, cannot be completely ruled out during its use.
– The device may only be used if in a perfect technical condition, in accordance with its intended
purpose, with proper safety and hazard awareness and in compliance with the instructions.
– The concept of compliant use also includes full observance of the instructions, including main-
tenance recommendations/standards provided by the manufacturer.
