Tips for the PowerStart
TM
feature
The PowerStart
TM
feature does not
bring foods to a boil
It is designed to conserve the food's nutritional value while using little water for
cooking. Add only about 2 cups of water to the food for the large elements and
about 3A - 1 cup of water for the small elements.
Cook rice in double the volume of liquid.
Cover the pan with a lid.
The PowerStart
TM
feature is not suited for foods that are cooked in a large quantity of
water (e.g. pasta).
