Maintenance Steps
1 Disconnect electrical power
2 Make sure no air pressure is in air receiver tank.
3 Daily Checklist
a. Drain condensation from air receiver tank.
b. Check for any unusual noise or vibration.
c. Be sure all nuts and bolts are tight.
4 Weekly Checklist
a. Clean air filter, replace if necessary.
5 Quarterly or 300 Hour Checklist
a. Change air filter element.
b. Check safety valve.
c. Check pressure switch unloader to ensure compressor head unloads
whenever motor shuts down.
d. Clean and blow off pump fins and motor.
e. Inspect air system for leaks by applying soapy water to all joints
