WARNINGS
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Never use your mower for any other purpose. It is designed for this use and any other use may cause serious injury
and void the warranty. This machine can cut, grind and damage parts of your body or other people's bodies.
•
This equipment can be a potential source of electric shock if used improperly.
•
Make sure that all power supplies meet the voltage requirements of the equipment before connecting or
disconnecting the equipment.
•
Keep the machine away from water and excessive moisture.
•
Do not use cables to lift, move or transport the equipment. Protect cables from heat and sharp objects.
•
Make sure that cables do not present a tripping hazard.
•
When using the tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use.
USERS
•
This product is designed to be handled by users of legal age who have read and understood these
instructions. Do not allow minors and persons who do not understand these instructions to use the product.
•
Before using the product, familiarise yourself with the product. Make sure you know where all the controls,
safety devices are located and how to use them.
•
If you are an inexperienced user, we recommend that you practice doing simple jobs and, if possible, in the
company of an experienced person.
•
The operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards occurring to his property, himself and his property.
SEGURIDAD PERSONAL

Do not force the machine. Use this machine, accessories, tools, etc. in accordance with these instructions,
taking into account the conditions and the work to be performed. Using this machine for purposes not
intended may cause a hazardous situation.

Wear hearing protection and safety glasses at all times when operating the machine.

Be alert and watch what you are doing when operating this machine.
•
Avoid unintentional starting of the machine. Ensure that the switches are in the off position before connecting
the machine to an electrical power source.

Always maintain proper foot support and operate the machine only when it is on a fixed, stable and level
surface. Slippery or unstable surfaces may cause loss of balance or loss of control of the machine.
•
Do not operate this machine when you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
•
Check the power cord and extension cord for signs of damage or ageing.
•
If the cable is damaged during use, disconnect it from the power supply immediately.
•
Do not put your hands or feet under the machine. Keep all body parts away from the blade when the
machine is running. Before starting the scarifier, make sure that the blade is not in contact with any objects.
•
It is not recommended to use this machine on slopes with a gradient of more than 5%. Mowing on hillocks
can be dangerous. Be careful when walking on slopes or wet grass. Be especially careful when changing
direction on a slope. Cut parallel to the surface of the slope, never up and down.
•
Do not attempt to remove cut material from the cutting tool when it is in motion. Make sure that the
machine is switched off when cleaning up material debris.
•
Never hold the machine by the cutting tool, it has sharp edges that can injure you.
•
Hold the machine with both hands on the handlebars and always place your body behind it.
•
Do not operate the machine in the rain or in extremely wet conditions.
•
Do not leave the machine running unattended.
SAFETY IN THE WORK AREA

Do not operate the machine in extreme temperatures.
•
Keep the machine away from excessive moisture.
•
Do not operate this machine in explosive atmospheres in the presence of flammable liquids, gases and dust.
•
Do not operate the machine on a paved or gravel surface where ejected material may cause injury.
•
Remove all objects from the work area before starting this machine. Objects near the product may be
touched and projected by the machine causing personal injury.
•
Keep the work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas may cause accidents.
•
Keep children, people or animals away while operating this machine.
•
When work is being performed simultaneously by two or more persons, always check the location of the
others and keep a sufficient distance to ensure safety.
•
Remember that the operator of the machine is responsible for hazards and accidents caused to other persons
or things. The manufacturer is in no way responsible for any damage caused by improper or incorrect use of
this machine.
