OILER ADJUSTMENT

CHAIN LUBRICATION TEST

1 Hold the chain just above a dry surface
2 Open the throttle to half
3. Oil should be seen on the surface.
To increase the delivery volume, turn adjusting screw anticlockwise.

CHAIN ADJUSTMENT

If your Chain Saw has the e-just chain tensioning
mechanism, refer to CHAIN ADJUSTNENT FOR
e-JUST.
1. Make sure the chain brake is released.
2. Loosen the nut counterclockwise using the supplied
box spanner, then tighten the nut only finger tight.
3. Turn the tension adjusting screw clockwise to
increase tension.
4. While still holding the bar nose up, tighten down the
nut firmly with using the supplied box spanner.
[Tightening torque]
1500 ~ 2000 N•cm (153 ~ 204kgf-cm)
When tightening with the supplied box spanner,
hold the handle of the supplied box spanner and
securely tighten the nut.
5. Tension is correct when the chain fits snugly against
the bar and can still be pulled along the bar by
hand. If necessary, loosen the guide bar retaining
nuts and readjust it.
