IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES
Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical devices,
especially when children are around. Please read all instructions before using this
product. Please follow the instructions for use, otherwise personal injury or damage to
the breast pump may result.
WARNING
- Make sure that you are using power adapter compatible with the breast pump's
specification.
- Keep the power adapter away from hot surfaces.
- When removing the power adapter, please first confirm that the power adapter is
separated from the power socket.
- When placing or storing breast pump, avoid areas where it can easily fall or drop into
bathtubs and sinks.
- The accessories of breast pump can be sterilized by boiling, its motor is not heat
resistant, please keep away from heated surfaces or naked flames.
- Do not use electric breast pump near flammable materials.
- When the breast pump is powered on, it must be used under supervision.
- Do not operate if the cable or plug of the electric breast pump is damaged and does
not work properly, or, if the breast pump has been dropped or damaged.
- Do not use electric breast pumps that have been exposed to water or other liquids. If
the device falls into the water, do not handle it with your hands, please unplug the power
plug immediately.
- Do not put or drop into water or other liquids.
- Do not pour water on the breast pump.
- Do not use the breast pump in the shower or bath.
- Do not expose the breast pump or the battery to extremely hot environments.
- Please note that the USB - Type - C port or the battery of the breast pump is at a risk of
metal or liquid short circuits.
- The breast pump cannot be maintained or repaired. Do not repair it yourself. Do not
modify the device.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The breast pump is an electric breast pump for breastfeeding women to pump and collect breast milk. The breast pump is for personal use.
1. BATTERY MAINTENANCE
The breast pump contains an built - in (non - replaceable) lithium - ion polymer
rechargeable battery.
CAUTION
- For a completely empty battery, the breast pump should not be used immediately
after being connected to the power adapter, leaving the battery to charge for at least 20
minutes before attempting to turn on the breast pump.
- In order to keep the breast pump battery in perfect condition , always check that
the power adapter used matches the current and voltage required in the product
specifications (5V 2A).
- Use of a damaged breast pump is prohibited. Please replace damaged or worn parts.
- Please use the breast pump only for the purpose described in this manual.
- Do not use the breast pump while sleeping or being too sleepy.
- Do not use the breast pump while driving.
- Please check all appropriate breast pump components before EACH use.
- Breast pumping can cause uterine contractions. Do not pump before giving birth.
If you become pregnant while breastfeeding or breast pumping, consult a licensed
professional doctor before continuing breast pumping.
- Please do not microwave breast milk or boil it. When breast milk is heated in the
microwave , it becomes very hot and is likely to cause severe burns to your baby's mouth.
(Microwaving may also change the composition of breast milk.
- Please only use components recommended by Canpol sp. z o.o. with Canpol breast
pumps.
- Close supervision is required if the breast pump or accessories are used within the
reach of children.
- The breast pump is not intended for use by persons with physical, sensory or mental
impairments or lack of experience and expertise, including children under the age of
16, provided that they are supervised or instructed to understand how to use the device
safely and understand the hazards generated by breast pump.
- Keep all unused parts out of the reach of children so that they cannot access them to
avoid accidental swallowing by children or other accidents. The breast pump and any
parts of the breast pump should not be used as toys.
- Plastic milk collect cup and components will become fragile after freezing and may be
broken after dropping.
- Do not use milk in a damaged milk collect cup or accessory.
- Contact a breastfeeding specialist in the event of problems or pain. This product is a
personal product and there are health risks associated with sharing it with others.
- Portable or radio frequency communication equipment may interfere with breast
pump use.
To maintain the lifetime of the batteries .
- Place the breast pump in a cool location.
- Charge the battery before it runs out of power, this helps to extend the lifetime of the
battery.
- Please fully charge the battery before storing the breast pump.
- If the breast pump has been stored in a hot location, it may not be used immediately.
To restore the normal battery function, cool the breast pump for one hour first. During
this period, the breast pump can be charged by plugging the power adapter into a wall
socket.
