Note : Wearing a nursing bra or breast pump for a long time may cause discomfort, so please pay attention to the time you wear and use it.
8. HOW TO POUR & STORE THE MILK ?
When pumping is finished, pull out the hub and duckbill valve, align the milk container with your milk bottle to pour milk. Note: After pumping is finished, please pour the breast milk
into your milk bottle for storage as soon as possible. You can also close the milk container with added stopper and place in a refrigerator to store. After using, wash all parts following
cleaning instructions. You can split the container in two parts and pour out the remaining breast milk for storage.
- Due to the active biochemical and microbiological processes occurring in the milk, it
is important to maintain a constant temperature of storage.
- Expressed milk store in bottles, special sterile bags or sealed containers with a lid
(which should be disinfected before use).
- Mark each container with the date.
- Freeze only fresh milk. Do not fill a container fully as frozen breast milk increases its
volume.
- Breast milk can be heated in the same way as any other food (but never in the
microwave as this may destroy valuable nutrients and antibodies).
- Frozen breast milk can be defrosted overnight in the refrigerator and then warmed
gradually in a bottle warmer or hot water.
- After defrosting, shake the container or stir the milk to mix the separated fat particles
with the remaining volume of milk.

possible causes
