▷ After unpacking, check the machine for com-
pleteness and possible transport damages.
Please claim any transport damages immedi-
ately with your supplier.

4.2 Intended Use
The Giroform pin drill is a laser-assisted drill for
drilling pin holes in Giroform plinth plates.
CAUTION:
Possible damage due to incorrect use!
▷ Do not use the machine for drilling metals.
The T 4 A glass tube fuse prevents hard-
ware failure in the event of an overload or
short circuit.
If the laser or the drill are without function:
▷ Replace fuse from the delivery scope.
Using plinth plates and drills bits not approved by
Amann Girrbach can damage the machine and
make the product unusable. For such cases,
Amann Girrbach shall assume no liability whatso-
ever.
Unauthorised modifications/alterations of the
machine shall also void the warranty.
Authorised operators
Only dental technicians or persons trained for this
purpose may work with this machine.
The owner of the appliance must make the operat-
ing instructions available to the operator and
ensure that the operator has read and understood
them.
