Defective or wet textile filter
Device damage
Before starting up, check the textile filter for damage,
and replace it if necessary. Only vacuum with the textile
filter.
Depending on the equipment variant, a textile filter is in-
cluded. Always use the filter bag in addition to the textile
filter when vacuuming.
ATTENTION
Do not vacuum wet dirt.
Filter bag
Note
Replace the filter bag in good time, as a filter bag that is
too full could be damaged. The fill degree of the filter
bag depends on the amount of dirt vacuumed. The filter
bag should be replaced more frequently when vacuum-
ing fine dust, sand, etc.

Blower function
The blower function can be used to clean areas that are
difficult to reach or where vacuuming is not possible,
e.g. leaves in a gravel bed.
Insert the suction hose into the blower connection.
The blower function is now activated.

1. Set the trigger to "0 (OFF)".
The device is switched off.

2. Pull out the mains plug.

Be aware of the weight of the device during transporta-
tion.
1. Carry the device by the carrying handle.
2. When transporting the device in vehicles, secure it
to prevent it from slipping or overturning in accord-
ance with the relevant valid guidelines.
Storage
Note
Store the appliance in a dry room.
Consider the weight of the appliance when storing it.
1. Store the suction hose in the container. The suction
pipes, floor nozzle, crevice nozzle, upholstery noz-
zle and the power cable are shown in the following
illustration.

2. Store the appliance in a dry room and keep it away
from unauthorized use.
Care and maintenance
Before doing any work on the appliance:
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Unplug the power cable.
General care instructions
Clean the device and plastic accessory parts with a
commonly available plastic cleaner.
Rinse the container and accessories with water, as
necessary, and dry them before further use.
Clean the textile filter
1. If necessary, rub or brush off the dust / dirt or clean
the textile filter under running water.

Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can
remedy yourself using the following overview. When in
doubt, or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned
here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.
Accessories, the suction hose or the suction pipes are
clogged.
Remove the clog with a suitable aid.
The filter bag is full.
Replace the filter bag.
The textile filter is dirty.
Clean the textile filter (see Chapter Clean the textile
filter.)
The textile filter is damaged.
Replace the textile filter.

sible malfunctions on your device within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
