Possible actions
3. Check the wires between the inverter and the grid.
Change to larger wires if necessary
4. Adjust the impedance parameter via the software
5. If the above action does not solve the problem,
please call your local dealer
Measure AC voltage on inverter's output.
If not present, check the electrical plant.
If present, call service.
1. Check the open PV voltage, confirm if it is more
than or too close to "Max. open DCV" (Input in
Table 1
" " in appendix)
2. If the PV voltage is less than the previous values and
the problem still occurs, please call your local dealer
1. Please check the plant satisfies the requirements of
paragraph 5.4
2. Verify the quality of ground connection of inverter
3. Verify the protection earth
requirements of chapter 5.5
4. Verify if high distorting loads are present on the
same plant of the inverter and that eventually
present capacitive power factor correctors have
insertion resistors or electronic insertion circuitry.
5. Verify the absence of transient, specially around
zero crossing, on grid voltage. It is possible to use
both an oscilloscope or a grid analyzer
6. Reboot the inverter
The internal temperature is higher than the specified
value
1. Protect the inverter from direct sunlight
2. Reduce the ambient temperature by some other
means or move the inverter to cooler place
3. If the above action does not solve the problem,
please call your local dealer
1. Disconnect BOTH PV (+) and PV (-)
2. Wait for a few seconds
3. Once the display has switched off, then reconnect.
4. If the message reappears, please call your local
dealer
