Modes of operation

There are 3 different operational modes.
With reference to the "Input" section of "Table 1" in the appendix,
1.
Normal mode: During this mode the inverter is operating normally. Whenever
the voltage from the PV panel is greater than the "Initial feed in voltage", the
inverter converts the supplied power to the grid in accordance with the power
from the PV panel. If the voltage from the PV panel is not enough, inside
"Working range", but below "Initial feed in voltage", the inverter will remain in a
"waiting" state. During the "waiting" state only a small amount of power is
required from the PV panel to ensure that the controller can continue monitoring
the system. When in normal mode the green LED is illuminated and inverter
keeps feeding the grid till the input voltage drops below its "Working range".
2.
Fault mode: The PV inverter's intelligent controller will constantly monitor and
adjust the system status. If the inverter detects any errors, such as grid problems
or an internal fault, it displays this information on the LCD and the "Fault " LED
is illuminated.
3.
Shutdown mode: During the night or days with very little sunlight, the PV
inverter stops operating automatically. During this mode it will not take any
power from the grid and all of the LED's and the front panel will be off.
