7. Maintenance and inspection
7.1 Safety measures

Important!
The operator must provide any protective clothing that may be required.
Who can carry out maintenance and inspection work?
» Normal maintenance work can be carried out by trained operating personnel.

Important!
Inspections of the filling station may only be carried out by an authorised, registered inspection
agency with respect to the ADR approval.

7.3 Troubleshooting

Action
Remove any adhering dirt and diesel fuel.
Repair damage to the zinc coating by cold galvanising or repair damage
to the paint with 2-component PU paint RAL 7036 "platinum grey".
Visual check for damage
Check hoses for cracks and porosity, check valves for leaks (replace
defective parts).
Lubricate hinges and lock with a few drops of universal oil.
Visual and functional check as described in the LS-03 leakage probe
operating instructions.
Inspection according to ADR 6.5.4.4.1 b) and 6.5.4.4.2
• Documentation in the test report (see section 10)
• If the test is successful - imprint on name plate (month/year)

Solution
Fully insert the delivery spout into the
tank nozzle
Open ball valve
Check hoses
Leave the tank to stand for a few
minutes
Clean filter (see section 7.4)
Clean the nozzle pocket (see section
7.5)
Use filling nozzle under the 2" screw
cap (brass).
Reduce filling volume flow
Unscrew aeration and ventilation plug
